Six things that decide whether a portable charging order is a repeat order.
Type 2 (IEC 62196), SAE J1772, NACS (SAE J3400) and GB/T. The standard a model is built to is published on its own page, so a GB/T unit is never quoted into a European or North American project.
Every portable unit steps the current down from the maximum (for example 6/8/10/13/16/20/24/32 A) so it can be matched to the circuit or adaptor it is plugged into instead of tripping the supply.
Mode 2 units carry the protection and the RCD inline: leakage protection, over and under voltage, overload, overtemperature, ground fault and flame-retardant housing, with CCID 20 on North American models.
The connector is moulded onto the cable rather than crimped, so there is no joint to corrode and the core runs cooler under continuous load. TPU and TPE jackets stay flexible in cold weather.
Type 2 / Type 1 / NACS / GB/T charging cables, plug-to-plug adapters, V2L discharge guns and 300 A DC adapters — so one container covers a mixed fleet.
Panel printing, labels, packaging, manuals and the app can all carry your brand. No supplier branding ships on the product or in the documentation.
From a single sample to a mixed container.
It follows the vehicle and the country of installation. Europe: IEC 62196 Type 2 for AC. North America: SAE J1772, or NACS (SAE J3400) for Tesla and the newest vehicles. China and equivalent markets: GB/T. They are not interchangeable, so give us the destination country at enquiry and we quote the correct variant.
Most families are built in three versions: the standard unit, a version with a wider range of current steps, and a three-phase build for 380-480 V sites. All of them are listed on one page with the differences in a comparison table, so you can pick the exact model code.
Certification is per model and per market. The portable and cable ranges are built to the standards named on each product page (EN 62752 / EN 62196 / EN 50620 for Europe, SAE J1772 with UL 2594 and UL 62 for North America, GB/T for China); ETL, TÜV Rheinland, CB, CE, UKCA, RoHS and FCC documentation is held on the ranges. Ask for the certificate covering your exact model and we will send what exists for it.
North American listed production is built to order rather than held in stock. Tell us at enquiry whether your authority or programme requires a listing, and we confirm the configuration, the certificate and the added lead time before production. A listing adds test and review time, so it has to be decided before the run starts, not after.
50 pcs per model for standard models. Mixed containers, project quantities and sample orders are quoted individually.
Yes. Panel printing, rating labels, cartons, manuals and the app can all be produced to your brand and your model numbering. Supply-chain branding is removed from the product and the documentation.
Send the connector standard, the current or power level and the quantity - we will come back with pricing, lead time and the datasheet for the exact model code.
